Tamara Jack
Tamara Jack, who left LMIin late 2015 after she previously served as director and associate general counsel, has returned to the Virginia-based nonprofit government consulting firm as senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary.
Jack will oversee LMI’s legal and corporate governance functions in her new position, the company said Tuesday.
She worked for LMI from April 2005 to November 2015 before she was named VP, general counsel and corporate secretary at nonprofit humanitarian relief and development organization Blumont.
Jack is also a member of the Professional Services Council and the National Capital chapters of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
She holds a bachelor of arts degree and a juris doctorate from American University.
