We see this as the next step in the growth efforts initiated by the Goldman Sachs investment, and we look forward to working closely with Frank to action our plans, said Gerald Cohen, president and CEO of Information Builders.
Vella previously worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) as vice president of worldwide sales and as COO at Virtustream.
He held VP roles at Quest Software for four years and spent nearly a decade at Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) as general manager and managing director of the software firms financial services industry practice.
Prior to Microsoft, Vella also worked at General Electric (NYSE: GE) as VP of sales and as account executive at Xerox (NYSE: XRX).
