The Defense Department said Friday the modification exercises the fourth option year under a previously awarded contract and extends contractor services through fiscal year 2018.
Work under the exercised option is scheduled to finish by Sept. 30, 2018.
El Segundo, California-based Aerospace provides research, development and consultancy services to national security space programs as well as operates a federally funded R&D center for the Air Forces Space and Missile Systems Center and the National Reconnaissance Office.
