Boeing-Saab Team Holds Flight Test on 2nd T-X Trainer Aircraft


TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 26, 2017 ” Boeing (NYSE: BA) and its teaming partner Saab have conducted a flight test on a second production-ready T-X trainer aircraft as part of a U.S. Air Force program to replace the T-38, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

The test sought to validate the aircraft’s design and performance following the flight test on the initial trainer unit in December in efforts to establish repeatability in manufacturing, Boeing said Monday.
