Gen. Herbert “Hawk” Carlisle, USAF, commander of the US Air Force’s Air Combat Command, in his final interview before retiring from nearly 40 years on active duty discusses the future of air warfare, networked operations, light attack planes, F-35A Lighting II fighters and more with Defense & Aerospace Report Editor Vago Muradian.
