ACT I Appoints Doug Harlow as Executive Program Manager; Michael Niggel Comments


TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 27, 2016 ” Advanced Concepts and Technologies International has appointed Doug Harlow, formerly a business development executive at the acquisition management services company, as program manager for its Department of Homeland Security‘s national protection and programs directorate contract, GovCon Executive said Dec. 20.

Harlow will be responsible for the contract execution and deliverables and their compliance to regulations, rules and policies in his new role, ACT I said in December.
