Booz Allen Hamilton(NYSE: BAH), Engility (NYSE: EGL) and Decisive Analytics have won spots on a potential $240 million contract to support the statutory and regulatory policy, guidance, specialty engineering and human capital functions of the Washington Headquarters Services.
