Paul Lundstrom
Paul Lundstrom, formerly vice president of investor relations at United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX), has been appointed chief financial officer and vice president of finance at Aerojet Rocketdyne (NYSE: AJRD).
Lundstrom will succeed the departing CFO Kathy Redd on Nov. 7 and will report directly to President and CEO Eileen Drake through the companys headquarters in California, Aerojet Rocketdyne said Tuesday.
With his in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in financial planning, investor relations, and government and financial accounting, along with a proven focus on delivering value for shareholders, Paul will be a significant asset to our company, Drake said.
Lundstrom spent nearly two decades at UTC, where he held the roles of VP of finance and CFO for the firms climate, controls and security businesses in Asia and director of financial planning and analysis at UTCs Carrier subsidiary.
He also held financial leadership posts at Hamilton Sundstrand, UTCs aerospace and defense business, from 1997 to 2006.
