Philip Jaurigue, Glen Ives and Dennis DePriest have taken on new roles at Warrington, Pennsylvania-based professional services company Sabre Systems Inc. in a restructuring move intended to step up operational outcomes for employees, customer and business partners.
Sabre said Wednesday Jaurigue, president and CEO, will move into the new role as chairman of the board and will oversee the company’s commercial business and strategic partnerships.
Jaurigue, who established Sabre in 1989, will retain his role as CEO.
Ives, who currently serves as chief operating officer, will take over as president in addition to his COO role and be responsible for day-to-day operations of the company.
DePriest, senior executive director, has been promoted to the position as vice president for Mid-Atlantic region, with responsibility for the overall management and growth for the region in support of the U.S. Navy programs.
Sabre provides integrated services in engineering, information technology, C4ISR, cyber, software, analytics and logistics.
