Crosbie will manage the development and implementation of the division’s growth strategies, as well as help drive customer satisfaction and project quality, Parsons said Thursday.

“Thats because hes been in their shoes and knows the responsibilities, concerns and challenges they face with infrastructure project planning, design and delivery, as well as operations and maintenance.”
Crosbie, a registered professional engineer, has been in the transportation engineering business for more than 30 years with experience in cybersecurity and rail infrastructure protection and has worked with Parsons before as its railroad program vice president.
He has a master’s degree in security studies from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and was on the board of directors of the Washington Union Station Redevelopment Corporation and the Chicago Union Station.
