The U.S. Army‘s Intelligence and Security Command has selected BAE Systems‘ U.S. subsidiary to perform geospatial intelligence technical and analytical services under a potential five-year, $75 million contract.
BAE Systems Inc. will work with INSCOM to distribute geospatial data and create intelligence products for the command’s in-theater GEOINT divisions and military intelligence brigade, the subsidiary said Tuesday.
INSCOM also seeks BAE Systems Inc.’s support to develop new geospatial and experimental intelligence collection technologies.
The subsidiary is one out of 21 contractors the command selected in September 2014 for a potential five-year, $7.2 billion global intelligence support program.
