Krone led Leidos through two significant moves in 2015; the $5 billion merger with Lockheed Martin‘s government information technology and services businesses and the acquisition of the $4.3 billion military health record contract alongside Cerner and Accenture.

Shares in Leidos increased by 5 percent when the Defense Department announced the Defense Healthcare Management System Modernization contract award.
Krone joined Leidos in July 2014 as chief executive after six years of heading Boeing˜s network and space systems unit.
