The order covers application integration, software development, operations, maintenance and project management support services for the Veterans Relationship Management system, Booz Allen said Wednesday.
The company indicated it will support VA’s existing and new apps that are based on Microsoft‘s Dynamics customer relationship management suite.
Richard Crowe, a senior vice president at Booz Allen, said the company has supported the VRM program over the past three years.
The order follows the department’s award of a $72 million VRM Cloud Hosting contract to Booz Allen.
“Through that contract, we demonstrated how building integration between the operations and maintenance and cloud hosting functions can result in tremendous efficiencies, such as with addressing application backlogs, ” Crowe added.
