Minburn Lands $115M SOCOM Order for Microsoft Software Licenses


software-engineeringMinburn Technology Group has received a $115 million order to provide Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) software licenses to the U.S. Special Operations Command.

The company will also deliver software assurance support to SOCOM™s headquarters procurement division under the contract, the Defense Department said Friday.

Minburn will perform work in Great Falls, Virginia, through Dec. 31, 2018.

The Virginia-based company provides information technology support to commercial clients, civilian agencies, DoD organizations and intelligence community in partnership with Microsoft, Citrix (Nasdaq: CTXS),  Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO) and Dell (Nasdaq: DELL).
