She will succeed Isabel Reiff, who will retire on July 31 after a more than two-decade career with ICF, the company said Monday.
Sudhakar Kesavan, ICF International chairman and CEO, said Reiff has helped the company expand into various markets and grow its scope of business.
Baier has been reporting to Reiff for the past eight years, with responsibility in ICF’s strategic and tactical growth plans and account development.
“As Andrea and Isabel have worked closely together for a number of years developing and implementing business strategies that support ICF’s growth, we expect this to be a smooth transition, ” Kesavan added.
