Description:Â Candidate will provide scheduling of tasks including duration, costs, resource allocation, and deliverables; provide technical assistance in preparation of appropriate Business Case Analysis to support existing and new business processes in accordance with Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery guidance; and conduct technical and functional program support of operational and technical requirements in support of telemedicine initiatives. In addition, the candidate will manage Tier 2 helpdesk support for Teleradiology supporting database development and maintenance; and manage the development of guidelines, standard operating procedure, training requirements, instruction, and analysis or user training effectiveness.
