DLA Awards Generator Set Supply Contract to 5 Firms

The Defense Logistics Agency has awarded five companies a potential five-year, $45 million contract with no option periods to provide generator sets to federal civilian agencies.

The contractors will perform work in the continental U.S.,  Alaska, Hawaii and the Caribbean and Pacific islands, the Defense Department said Friday.

The Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support awarded the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract through a competitive acquisition with five responses received and expects work to be done March 3, 2021.

The awardees are:

• Texas Power and Associates
• Inglett and Stubbs International
• Caterpillar Governmental and Defense Products
• Berger Cummins JV
• Atlantic Diving Supply
