The federally-funded research and development center will conduct studies on the Navy and U.S. Marine Corps‘ major concerns and maintain staff assignment and field deployment programs in support of independent and joint command activities, the Defense Department said Monday.
DoD said the sole-source contract has a one-year base value of $104.7 million and work could continue through March 31, 2021 if all options are exercised.
