Wood Parker on New TASC CFO Wayne Rehberger

TASC, Inc. (TASC) announced today that it has named Wayne M. Rehberger, vice president and chief financial officer, effective June 28, 2010.

“We are delighted to welcome Wayne Rehberger, a seasoned and respected financial executive, to our senior management team, ” said Wood Parker, TASC president and chief executive officer.  “Wayne is a seasoned and respected financial executive who brings broad-based operational and financial expertise as well as merger and acquisition experience to this position. He will play a significant role in our company’s focus on performance and growth as we expand in existing and new markets. Wayne is well qualified to lead our business management organization and to build the new capabilities TASC requires as an independent company.”
