CSC Appoints Denise Peppard to Head Human Resources

CSC (NYSE: CSC) announced that Denise Peppard, former Vice President of human resources at Wyeth and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, will be taking over as Vice President and chief human resources officer for the internet solutions company based in Falls Church, VA.

Effective April 3, 2010, Peppard will be succeeding Nathan (Gus) Siekierka, who, according to CSC’s April 14 press release, plans on retiring early next year.  CSC is thankful for Siekierka’s contribution and commitment over the past 37 years.

“Denise brings a wealth of success and experience in the computer, pharmaceutical, biotech and financial services industries to CSC and we’re happy that she is joining our executive team, ” said CEO Mike Laphen. According to CSC, it is their hope that this move will strengthen their leadership team within the company.
