According to the Department of Defense: “Progeny Systems Corp., Manassas, Va., is being awarded a $5, 848, 035 modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-08-C-6288) to exercise an option for information assurance engineering and technical services for the Navy’s information assurance solutions and to integrate them into commercial-off-the-shelf-based combat and network systems. Work will be performed in Manassas, Va., and is expected to be completed by March 2011. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.”
