Northrop Grumman Completes sale of TASC
Northrop Grumman announced Friday the conclusion of its sale of TASC, Inc., its advisory services business, to a group of investors led by General Atlantic LLC and affiliates of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. TASC was sold for $1.65 billion.
Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs represented Northrop Grumman in the deal and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP served as Northrop Grumman’s legal advisors.
TASC is now the first company that was formerly part of a major government contractor to become independent and non-conflicted.
