ExecutiveMove- Alan Stewart of ICF to Retire in 2010

ICF International announced that Chief Financial Officer Alan Stewart will retire by the end of March 2010. ICF has begun the search for a replacement.

Stewart has served ICF International for approximately nine years. Stewart did inform the company that he wants to ensure a smooth transition and will remain on-board temporarily if a replacement is not found by March. Sudhakar Kesavan, chairman and CEO, said “Alan has made invaluable contributions to the growth and success of ICF over these past nine years. He played an integral role in our transition to a public company in September 2006 and has consistently demonstrated the highest level of skill and integrity. We very much appreciate the dedication and professionalism he has brought to the firm, and we wish him the very best.”
