Featured Job - Contracts Manager - Raytheon

The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for all aspects of contract management and supply chain functions, including but not limited to, the following duties:
* Participate in and/or conduct front-end strategic assessment of business pursuits, proposal preparation, negotiation and administration of contracts and subcontracts. * Examine and understand Forward Pricing Rates, cost structure, estimates of material, equipment, services, performance requirements and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. . * Participate in development of Program Business Area goals to ensure they support growth plans. * Support proposal activity including pricing and negotiation with customers and suppliers. Negotiate and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements and subcontracts. * Perform risk assessment of proposals and contracts terms and conditions, develops strategies to minimize their potential risks to the business, and advise management of contractual rights and obligations. * Generate and maintain contract data and documentation * Contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goals.
