MAXIMUS Wins Virginia Medicaid Contract

Virginia’s Department of Medical Assistance Services has awarded MAXIMUS Inc. with a rebid contract, to supply Medicaid enrollment broker services.

Under the contract, MAXIMUS will help generate materials to inform patients about treatment options, create a Virginia managed care Web site, and run the Richmond-based call center operations.

“We are delighted to continue providing key enrollment broker and education services to Virginia residents through this long-standing program,” remarked Richard Montoni, MAXIMUS CEO. “Over the past six years, we have completed over 225,000 enrollments in our home state of Virginia through this highly successful public-private partnership.”
